Since 1988, Husband and Wife Jose and Wendy Arroyo Gonzalez have been juggling authenticity, diversity, customer service, and a whole lot of love on their decorated dance floor. By making friends, serving up drinks and good food, the duo hasn't failed to make an experience truly heart warming.

El Nopal has had the pleasure of having many cooks in it's kitchen from many different ethnic backgrounds. With Jose being native to Guadalajara Jalisco, and having cooks born and raised in Cuautla, Puebla, and even Oaxaca, theres always new flavors shining through their recipes.
